Product Review Transcript

Welcome, everyone, to a product review for metal prints. These metal prints are from bayphoto.com. You should know that I was not paid to do this product review. I'm just sharing my experience. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality and I am likely to buy more metal prints from them. This shown here, is specifically a double framed metal print. The front panel is an 8x12 floated on a 10x14 back panel. I chose the semi-gloss option for the front panel, and for the back panel, I chose a satin finish at a 75% opacity to make the front panel stand out. Here are the sides of the panel. This metal is super thin and lightweight. If you need to clean these, it is recommend to use an alcohol-free based window cleaner. Here is the back. Notice there is only one hole to use for hanging.

And here is a standard 8x12 metal print. This does not have the double frame. I chose the high gloss for this to compare, and I can tell a small difference in color vibrancy. But for me personally, I am going to stick with the semi-gloss because I don't like TV glare in my photos. For the back of this one I chose the "metal float hanger" option, which makes the photo appear to be floating against the wall. You can see how thin this is.

Now here are the gloss and semi-gloss side by side, and you can see for yourself the difference in shine.

This double frame print has the same options like the other, except larger. It's a 12x18 semi-gloss floated on a 14x20 satin finish, with 75% opacity. And here is the gloss and semi-gloss side by side again for you to see.

And now one final part I wanted to show you --- so that you didn't make the same mistake I did. When going to their site, I immediately clicked their "Order Now" button without really looking at the site. I saw other reviews for their metal prints, so I already had my mind made up that I wanted to try them out. But, after going to the "Order Now", I spent a lot of time trying to find the double framed metal print option...so much time that I almost gave up on it. I went back to the website and finally noticed that for double framed metal prints, you had to download their Bayroes software. After that, it was easy. Here you see you just choose the options you want. Place the photo on the canvas. Manipulate the photo however you want. Place a second photo for the background. Chose your options and you're done. I am very happy with how mine turned out. I'd give them a thumbs up.
